Coaching & Mentorship
What’s the difference?
Coaching involves data and video review of on-track driving.
How to take advantage of your track time in practice.
How to maximize qualifying.
How to race fast & smart.
How to drive with a teammate, give feedback to engineering and handle stressful situations.
Mentorship involves everything off track.
How you represent yourself and your team.
How to create a positive mindset and handle negative feedback.
How to prepare for a race weekend and properly recap post race weekend.
How to attract sponsors and partners.
There are thousands of coaches and racers out there, but your story of becoming the best driver and racer you can be is what’s going to separate you from the rest. Relationships and building trust are key to being successful in motorsports and a driver.
I have worked with some of the best teammates in the world (I might be biased but they really are awesome!) and I worked with a race performance coach for over 10 years and to this day, I still work with him as needed. I am the driver I am today because of the trust and relationship I developed with all of them.
I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself on and off track.
All I ask is, don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you.
